I don't believe there was any such thing as an IFB preacher in that era.

You might want to check Baptist history.

IFB is something that started after that maybe late 50s early 60s.

Well, I believe John R. Rice was in the time period and I'm pretty sure he preached against movies.  I've never read or heard of anyone calling him a Nazi or communist.
That's because he was a Mason in the KKK, so...
