Mr. Lester Roloff was a godly man.  A powerful preacher of the word of God.  He did believe in Biblical discipline though.

Being sent to Roloff was a common threat made to teenagers at FBC. It was stated as if the teenager in question was being sentenced to IFB prison/reform school.

This was in the 70's. I never heard of Hephzibah House back then. Maybe it didn't exist yet?

I did enjoy listening to the Honeybees sing, although it was a little creepy to hear Roloff command them with which song to sing next. I also thought that Prelude's version of "After the Gold Rush" sounded like the Honeybees.

I had a friend in junior high who was sent to one of his homes.  The storied that he told were almost unbelievable but we've all heard them over and over, unfortunately.
