In all honesty if Trump can get elected after saying he grabbed women's private parts on tape I don't think innuendo means anything in Washington.
Pence is welcome to conduct business however it wants. Business lunches are part of the real world and a man and a woman meeting in a public place to discuss business is not going to cause questions except from maybe the most perverted. Meeting in a boardroom is fine but I say more about myself if I think that I will have zipper issues because I meet someone in a public place for lunch for business.
