NFL ratings tank...

What I found ironic is that some Detroit Lions took a knee and the owner spoke out against Trump.
As if they even have a national stage!
Send a drone up in their air from Ford Field and you will see devastation left behind by black Democrats.

So true. Over the years, billions of dollars in tax subsidies has gone into building NFL stadiums. It could have spent on roads and bridges where it was actually needed.
We have long memories and we may not be so supportive of subsidies in the future.

I vote NO, let them build their own stadiums.

In the case of Detroit, Ford built and paid for the stadium. The city around the downtown district is in shambles.

Trump has won in this battle with the NFL kneelers. IMO, that is... ;)

I've personally organized a nation wide NFL boycott.  No one will watch or attend games during week 9.

I got this...

No doubt the seats were paid for.

Now when they stop buying tickets, then you got something.

Whether tickets were paid for or not does not matter. PR is taking a hit. Parking, vendors, are taking big time hits.

But goods like food and paraphernalia weren't being paid for at concession stands. That's significant.

And the reputation of the NFL has been dropped into the sewer. That's also significant.

The switch to college sports has been quite easy for me, I'm not sure I'm every going back.

I respect their right to disrespect the flag and the anthem and all it represents and i'm sure they respect my right to never give another dime to the NFL.

WIN / WIN for all involved. Hope it cost the owners a $100,000,000 dollars over the next 10 years.

In 2017 I haven't missed an Eagles game. They look good at 6-1. I love our country, the Flag and our Anthem. My oldest son in the Army hasn't missed a game and my youngest son in the Navy hasn't missed a game. They both love their country, the Flag and our Anthem.

I couldn't care less about the whole "controversy".

I'm not watching NFL football, because my team is scraping bottom...

The reason is simply that there is a saturation of games now. Sunday afternoon, Sunday night, Monday night and now Thursday nights.......
Take it easy, ratings normally climb once baseball finishes and the playoff runs heat up in November-December.

Seen almost every Patriot game so far. I would have more confidence in the Eagle a than the Patriots. I did not agree with the Garapollo trade at all....

Tony Hutson hates the NFL and Tim Tebow. Funny stuff.
