I just told my wife about this post. She said, haven’t you argued about this on here before? I said, yeah that’s what we do on the FFF.
And thus, taken for what it's worth. It’s my opinion.
That’s what we do here, give our opinions. Some are worth more than others others though. It’s my opinion.
Ok.And thus, taken for what it's worth.
Well, I know not one of you on here. So, how far does anyone’s opinion go on here. I mean seriously, think about it.That’s what we do here, give our opinions. Some are worth more than others others though.

The pastors income should be the median income of the community he serves!
I agree 100%I’m not saying that pastors should be making six figures, but it is one of the most emotionally draining jobs out there. Being able to at least afford food, transportation, and rent shouldn’t be out of the question.
Do you mean he should make the median household income or per capita income? In the area I live, the difference is $100,000 vs $50,000. Big difference.I agree 100%
That’s why I say, whatever the median income is. If the people in that community make it on whatever the median income is he should too.
Per capita income. I would suspect that in the average home in the zip code the church is located both husband and wife work.Do you mean he should make the median household income or per capita income? In the area I live, the difference is $100,000 vs $50,000. Big difference.
Here’s the thing, particularly in the Baptist world, most pastors I know have wives who quite often haven’t had paying jobs since marriage (even after the kids are grown and out of the nest). And the ones I’ve known whose wives did have paying jobs were usually limited to part time or seasonal type work.
