Please pray for my daughter...

She has been suffering with headaches non stop for several days now.  Not the first time, but her headaches abated before.  Have an appointment with a neurologist on Friday.  My wife took her to the ER at children's hospital on Monday night and they gave her a 'migraine cocktail', whatever that was.  Didn't really help.
I am concerned.

The MRI came out clear, thank God.  Must explore other areas for cause of this chronic headache including stress or diet or both.  Any ideas you all would have would be helpful.

Don't know her age but when our daughter was young she had a day when she started to experience extreme pain.  I finally took her to the emergency room and they ran tests.  Problem?  Pre-menstrual.  She was about 11 or 12.
