I think that this Donald Sterling character was in the wrong line of work if he didn't like black people.
Nope. Maybe it cuz Spike gonna do the right thing.biscuit1953 said:1. Discriminating against black people in housing.
2. Strangling somebody.
3. Being a publicly vicious racist while black.
4. Using anti-gay slurs.

7. Drawing your gun on a fellow player.
8. Reckless driving resulting in a passenger’s death.

Spike Lee is an official spokesman for the NBA and yet he has made statements like:
Upon visiting South Africa in the early 90s, Spike Lee told London’s Guardian newspaper that “I seriously wanted to pick up a gun and shoot whites. The only way to resolve matters is by bloodshed.â€
Lee complained about the gentrification of Harlem in racial terms, telling an audience questioner who praised changes to the neighborhood, “Let me just kill you right now.†He continued, “Have you seen Fort Greene Park in the morning? It’s like the mother*****’ Westminster Dog Show….When you see white mothers pushing their babies in strollers, three o’clock in the morning on 125th Street, that must tell you something.â€
He claims that Hollywood is "run by Jews."
He publicly boasts about his disdain when he sees an interracial couple.
Has anyone heard any outrage of hypocrisy by the mainstream media or "reverend" Jackson?

it;s like knowing there is already something putrid in the barrel but acting all shocked and surprised when it rises to the top and surfaces.....people should have been wary of him a long time ago..... or all kinds of reasons...... .... just my opinions...... but then i;m not even basketball fan so what do i know?....... :![]()

I tend to agree generally with what he wrote. How could this be the smoking gun? Sterlings racism has been public knowledge for a long time, to anyone that cared to know. Now, his girlfriend (Sterling is married btw) tapes a private conversation, then leaks it, and we are outraged. Care to consider the different kind of outrage that this would have sparked had it been the NSA that recorded the conversation?
Now, Stiviano's lawyer claims Sterling agreed to be taped, (lawyers will say anything I guess), and that "she's a young girl thrown in the middle of this thing, unwillingly". Stiviano is 31, not 18 btw. I find it interesting that this comes a month or two after Sterlings wife sued Sterlings girlfriend for the value of gifts received from Sterling, claiming they needed to be returned. (Approx 2.5M in gifts, including a duplex) Sterlings wife claims Stiviano is a gold digger. This is a counter measure to the lawsuit, plain and simple, but somehow we are now suddenly outraged at Donald Sterling instead of being outraged when we should have been, years and years ago.

This current issue received way more press then his housing discrimination suit. I never knew about it and I highly doubt that even many hardcore Clippers fans knew about it. To suggest that Doc Rivers should have done some kind of anti-racial research before accepting the job is ridiculous. I highly doubt any person on the FFF researched their boss for racism before accepting their current job. No one does that.
