Shane Gillis a misogynist?

just look at him... ... he doesn;t look like he;s been off the couch in a while either... .. ...... .both are qualities of the new left male...

I don’t think it’s because he’s a leftist. At least 75% of this country is overweight and 40% is obese.

Remember when Pizza Hut started selling their pies in those little cardboard dressers? We’re so fat as a nation that we’re now ordering food by the furniture set!

cardboard pizza dressers?.....i never saw those before.. .... must not have made it here to the islands - or else it was before my time....... .. ... ... and there is no where near that kind of fatness percentage in hawaii..... . i;ll agree 75% of the tourists coming here from the u.s. mainland are definitely fat... .but not those from other countries.... . and virtually none from places like japan... ..even the australians that come here are healthier than americans.... . .

but the guy featured in the op is more than just obese or fat... .. he;s unhealthy..... .. both in body and in soul.... .. i would say he needs to take up a physically strenuous sport like swimming or even surfing.... but looking at him i think he would probably drown.... i have actually seen it happen.... ...

This is also a leading cause of fat shaming.

I’m not fat shaming anybody. In fact, I ordered one myself a while back and still use the box as a nightstand.
I'm not saying you are fat shaming anyone...

If I brought Pizza Hut home, Mrs. abcaines would balk at it. She HATES Pizza Hut.

I think there is only one Pizza Hut restaurant left in town and they're barely staying afloat. I've not ever seen the promotion you have pictured. Must be a regional thing where you are.

i love pizza... . lived on it in college.... ... but all i can about pizza hut is i tolerate it... it;s ok.... .. ...

we had a papa johns pizza here - but they are gone now... plus i always thought their sauce was too sweet.. ....

we still have a dominos .... but they are so inconsistent you might have 1 chance in 3 of getting the pizza the way you ordered it.... .. and their commerical about guaranteeing to make you a fresh pizza for free if they get it wrong is a joke... .. we tried that after they delivered one overcooked.. .. the replacement came completely burned... so we took their phone number off the takeout list and don;t even bother with them any more... .

that leaves pizza hut as the only call in take out pizza... but in my opinion a few of the frozen store bought pizzas can put them to shame if you cook them right and add a few of your own ingredients here and there.... we have a few freshetta pizzas in the freezer now.... and some california pizza kitchen spinach and garlic pizzas..... red baron aren;t bad... .. .

i;ll be there one day.... it;s in my genetics ....i have felt it coming on for years now and i actually believed it would have caught me by now.... ..but i fight it continually to stay in an acceptable shape - mostly through physical activity some people think is extreme.....

however.... when the day comes i lose that battle - and fatness becomes my reality - i will not be ashamed of it... . i will wear it proudly like every other female of hispanic heritage who had to get a wider full length mirror as she got older - coz she couldn;t get the whole view in a standard size.... .

I’ve probably been borderline obese at least once in my life. A while back, I experienced a large amount of unintentional weight loss when I went through a period of depression and could only force myself to eat one meal a day. Fortunately, I’ve managed to keep myself in a healthy range since that time. I don’t really exercise, but I’ve worked in warehouses all my life, and so I am physically active that way.

I like to keep in good shape. This is a pic of me with my shirt off, but my face is cut out for privacy reasons.

J/K 🤣

the latest trend in the medical field is to try and make everybody skinny... . painfully skinny... .even putting patients on dangerous and poorly tested new drugs.... GLP1s .... as if somehow being a skin covered skeleton automatically equals good health... .

but i;ve known people who suffered broken bones and severe joint injuries due to the muscle loss caused by a GLP1... and their doctor just kept pushing it on them...... ...

there is nothing wrong with having some bulk.... . or being a little heavier than what the arbitrary chart on the wall of the clinic says you should be.... .some of the healthiest people i have known were considered overweight during their most active working years... ...

and this whole idea that somehow being a little bit fat.. .(or pudgy as some here like to call it)... is unattractive as well as being unhealthy is a concept that came straight out of hollywood and from the fashionista runway models.... ...not a good image for a christian to be obsessed with...
in my honest opinion....

It doesn't seem like it was that long ago when everybody was saying that you can be healthy at any size, and were putting plus sized models on the covers of beauty magazines. Then Ozempic came along and they totally abandoned that idea. I've heard some real horror stories about people taking shots of that stuff.

In places like India it's seen as an attractive quality, so I suppose it depends on the culture.

People tend to trust me. Know why? Because you know a man is on the level if his bubble is in the middle.

Also, I prefer to wear suspenders because for me, putting on a belt is like trying to put a rubber band on an egg.

it;s definitely cultural.... ..as is the concept of what constitutes appropriate clothing for women.. .. (this is a discussion we have many times here before... .. but when i happens it;s mostly men giving their opinions)......

full disclosure here.. .. ... i wear exactly what one would expect a young... or relatively still young... woman living in hawaii to wear..... . and that changes depending on what the activity or event i;m attending is....... ... i own clothing that ranges from all kinds of swimwear... wet suits and surfwear .... to udt shorts... black tights... a few pairs of blue jeans .... green camo bdu and a ghilly suit for hunting.... and very nice dresses of various lengths... the styles of which vary also depending on the event or occasion.... ..:)

and i have been criticized and even condemned on the forums before ... many times over the years... over a few of the things i wear for certain occasions.... but i make no apologies for any of it..... .

This time of the year it's boots, jeans, and flannels for me! And it will probably stay that way until around late March. ☃️
