The crown has fallen from our heads. Woe unto us that we have sinned!
“It’s the economy, Stupid!” - James Carville (1992)I wonder what the Democrat majority in Congress will impeach the President on now? You know its going to happen and I believe Carville may be right about Trump resigning from the presidency by springtime. I do not expect him to finish his term.
if vacuous stupidty is a sin.... . then yes .. those who voted for this... and brought in this socialist trojan horse.. have sinned.... .. ....and the crown didn;t fall.... it was voluntarily handed to them and they tossed it in the trash.. ... but if you want to know what happens next just look at the history of nations who have done this kind of thing before........ .it;s going to very hard now to get back what we had - if it is even possible at all.... .. but i hope and pray it is.....The crown has fallen from our heads. Woe unto us that we have sinned!

In my opinion, the Demon-cratic election victory is a disaster for America. So that raises the question, what happened to the promised blessing on America, if we bless Israel by attacking Iran for Bibi? The results so far look more like a curse than a blessing. We (Republicans) lost this election, not because Trump was not on the ballot, but because of his war with Iran.

"Vance wrote that a GOP pollster told him there were four major reasons why Republicans lost by such large margins. He pointed to four actions that Republicans could have taken to mitigate Republican losses—ending the Iran war, focusing on the cost of living and inflation, putting America first and changing the U.S. relationship with Israel. 'The reason we lost is the war. The president himself said so last night,' Vance wrote.
"Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) said the Iran war and its impact on the economy could hurt Republicans in Tuesday’s elections. DeSantis told sports radio show host Stephen A. Smith on Monday that the Iran war has been a 'drag' on Republicans in the 2026 midterm elections due to its effect on gas prices. He argued that President Donald Trump’s decision to launch a war in Iran may have isolated Republican voters."
"Nancy Mace attributes the GOP midterm losses mainly to the Iran conflict. In posts quoting Levin, she called it 'your beloved Iran War' that 'lost seats everywhere,' arguing voters rejected endless Middle East involvement amid high costs of living."
So, where do we go from here? Should we stay the course, and lobby to keep Trump's war in Iran going, so we can lose the White House in 2028? Get ready to say "Hail To the Chief" to President Occasional-Cortex and her Green Raw Deal!
If by "we" you mean believers who would like to see a more conservative bend in our politics, we need to remember that God is not sweating the latest results. We are reaping what society at large has sown. There will be further decline into sin regardless of which party is in charge. "We" have only one responsibility: "We" need to humble ourselves before our God and individually turn from our own sin and seek His glory. So, where do we go from here? Should we stay the course, and lobby to keep Trump's war in Iran going, so we can lose the White House in 2028? Get ready to say "Hail To the Chief" to President Occasional-Cortex and her Green Raw Deal!
And anyone over the age of thirty has been around long enough to know that politics is a pendulum that swings back and forth like clockwork.A lot of hand wringing going on amongst the GOP and well there should be. But those who are believers understand that the GOP is not going to save our nation. I frankly don't see much difference between this midterm result and other midterms where the tide changed. The American electorate has been and will always be a fickle bunch. A lot of people are happy with the results but they aren't going to stay happy. That's just human nature.
Not since 1932 has Kansas been Blue. This one is differentA lot of hand wringing going on amongst the GOP and well there should be. I am constantly telling the Bible Study group at our church that "God ordains all things which come to pass" which can often be a hard pill to swallow and truth be known, I am having a bit of difficulty swallowing this as well! Nevertheless, I am convinced that it is true and is a basic, fundamental truth not only of sovereignty but of the fact that God is not God if such is not true!if vacuous stupidty is a sin.... . then yes .. those who voted for this... and brought in this socialist trojan horse.. have sinned.... .. ....and the crown didn;t fall.... it was voluntarily handed to them and they tossed it in the trash.. ... but if you want to know what happens next just look at the history of nations who have done this kind of thing before........ .it;s going to very hard now to get back what we had - if it is even possible at all.... .. but i hope and pray it is.....

What truly hurts is what has happened in my beloved state of Texas! Texas has literally become "Californicated!"A lot of hand wringing going on amongst the GOP and well there should be. But those who are believers understand that the GOP is not going to save our nation. I frankly don't see much difference between this midterm result and other midterms where the tide changed.
