It is estimated between 36,000 and 50,000 school children serving as combatants were killed in human-wave attacks used to clear mine fields in their war with Iraq from 1980 to 1988. The regime has killed recently as many as 45,000 of their own citizens for protesting. I notice you never talk about things like that.

I believe Graham has misunderstood the book of Esther. It was only Haman and a small minority of his henchmen who wanted to kill the Jews, not all Persians/Iranians. The Old Testament portrays Persia as a friend of the Jews.

If it is true, as Graham says, that the Iranians today want to kill every Jew, they are doing a very poor job of it. There are Jewish synagogues openly operating and meeting for worship today in Tehran and other major Iranian cities. Since the time of the first Iranian constitution in 1906 up to the present time, there has always been a seat reserved in the Iranian Majlis, or Parliament, for a Jewish member. Franklin Graham really doesn't know what he is talking about, but hey, we have got to whip up the racial hatred for Iranians in order to keep this war going.
This is a sincere request. Can you show me in scripture where it says, the Jews today and Israel as a whole are Gods chosen people? And where it says, that we are to help them militarily?
