Temple Baptist Church
Detroit, MI

My parents were married there in 1944.
I stopped in there & asked the receptionist if I could checkout the auditorium on a Monday. When I
walked up on the platform AV Henderson's preaching Bible was on the pulpit. I sat down for about an hour & enjoyed reading the many notes he had written in it. I prayed for him.

Dyer Baptist Church

The church in which my wife and I were married. :)

How sweet!

I believe George & Marilyn Godfrey are members there.

What's cool is the pastor who married us is now pastoring in Kings Mountain, NC just south of Charlotte. :)

In Belmont, just down the street from Belmont Abbey College, there is a hole-in-the-wall popcorn place called Tastebuds. Gotta try it!

I'm sure Teri would enjoy the Dill Pickle flavored popcorn! My absolute favorite is Decadent Dog.

It is a specialty place so a little pricey but SOOOO worth it!

It is impossible for me to be a "stinkin Hacker,"  but I am most certainly a trespasser in the Hallowed Halls of Hackerdom.

Being a Hacker is not determined by one's diploma; it's a matter of the heart.  ;)
