Sherryh got her first red ever, and it had to be from Patriotic?  Shocked! Dismayed! Confused!  :o

Huh?

Oh, my goodness!
Can you change it for me? I feel so bad, and I don'the even know how it happenef.

My comment was good.  I feel so bad!

I thought you were just jerking her chain.  ;)
FSSL or Ransom, do you have karma-changing powers?

I don't  believe  I've given another red ever to anyone.

Oh, I've wanted to give reds, and some people have deserved it.

Generally, instead of red, I go ahead and give green with a comment that should be a red.

Heaping coals of fire or something like that.

It might be interesting to read why each of us joined this forum.  Why did you join and who motivated you to join?
I was a paratrooper in WWII...

Someone I know told me there was a Hyles-Anderson chat type room on the internet.  I located this forum.  I did not join.  I read the threads for several months.  While I enjoyed most of the threads it seems like Raider kept things going most of the time.  I found myself reading the threads he started first.  I laughed so hard many times.  My wife would wonder what I was laughing at and I would have her read them.  She did not attend Hyles-Anderson and did not understand everything but many of Raider's posts would make her laugh too.  I finally decided to join and I have really enjoyed posting.  Everyone has made me feel welcome and Raider has not disappointed me.  LOL

I think I'll just spend my day clipping coupons!

Check my seven reds. One is from you also with a positive comment.  But it's all good! I knew your heart! :)

I joined about the time the first FFF broke from the JackHyles.net site. Truthfully, my point was to encourage those who wanted to leave the FBC scene but were facing opposition. I realize I came on way too zealous and dogmatic, but have mellowed somewhat over the years (I would like to believe).

I've made some cyber friends here and even though I march to the beat of a different drummer, I get along with almost everybody here. So I enjoy the comradery even though I can stir the pot sometimes and goad an ox or two along the way. My intent is to make people think outside their bubble, whether they agree or disagree with me. :)

I love your HackerGrafs.  You and Raider have given me a lot of laughs.  Did the 2 of you go to Hyles-Anderson together?

Two different HAC time periods.  I'm guessing it was best for the college.  :)

I am sooooooooooooo sorry.
I just recently noticed that the top of the green comment reads "Applaud", so I have been checking that since I was informed I gave Sherryh a red.

RAIDER and I "met" online. I don't remember him from college though I think we might have attended a year or two at the same time. We know several mutual people from that time period. He has probably kept up with more folks than I have though.

I was an HB punk so RAIDER would have avoided me at all costs anyway. :)

I usually sat amongst  the HBers in chapel.
Sometimes I felt like a foreign missionary .
