Why did you pick that one thing out among all those questions?“did he, as the senior pastor, get veto power?”
If he as senior pastor has veto power, why go talk to the people? If he wanted to do it then just do it but if he can veto any decision the people want, why go to the people?
Usually someone who is called to, or has the gift to teach.Small group? I mean if thats what your church wants to do. Who would be leading the small group?
See, you find any reason to justify your contempt. In this case, there wouldn’t be any children in proximity to the person, but you find some rationale to exclude them.I don’t think it would be a good look, as the community goes. People are people and they will say, that church has pedophiles at their church.
