I don't have a sufficient answer to this question, but I will give you something else. If you are surprised that the Lord Jesus says this, then why aren't you surprised that God Himself says, "O Prophet, urge the believers to fight. If there are among you twenty [who are] steadfast, they will overcome two hundred. And if there are among you one hundred, they will overcome a thousand of those who have disbelieved because they are a people who do not understand. Now God has lightened your burden, for He knows that there is weakness in you. So if there are among you one hundred..." Those who are patient will overcome two hundred, and if there are a thousand of you, they will overcome two thousand by permission of Allah. And Allah is with the patient.

If God himself in Islam does not know, then God the Father knows.
Even the Koran stated that Allah was in the burning bush, and also that He comes down to earth in third watch to hear the prayers in Arabic to him, so Islam states Allah cannot enter into creation, yet Koran states that he does?
Is that like when Allah stated that he is best of the Creators, but also said Jesus and Baal also created?
Jesus limited Himself while in human flesh to not know that exact hour, but back in heaven he knows all things once again
I do not know enough of Islam or the Qu'ran in order to respond here but I would ask this:
Does Islam teach the "Simplicity" of God, That God is not composed of parts?
Does Islam believe in and teach the "Immensity" and "Infinity" of God? That God is infinite in his being and equally present at all points at all times?
Does Islam believe and teach the "Omniscience" of God? That God is all knowing, cognizant of all things at all time?
Monotheism in the Old Testament is the same thing as monotheism in the New Testament. The difference being that the aspects of the "Godhead" are rather obscure with little said regarding the "Son" and the "Holy Spirit" being distinct from the "Father."
You kinda piqued my interest here! I cannot read a lick of Arabic but I do know that it reads "right to left" as does Hebrew. With such being the case, wouldn't your Arabic text be "right Justified" rather than left?

I don't read Arabic either, but this text does appear to indeed read right-to-left, even if the margins don't reflect that.

Islam has a big problem in that Allah to them alone as God, yet the Koran itself is also stated to be eternal and uncreated
The OT scriptures do not speak of the Godhead nor do they speak of one interacting with "God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit" aside from the "Theophanies" and "Christophanies" that are understood by us to be Christ and perhaps the "Shekinah Glory" of which one may say is the Holy Spirit? He is spoken of by OT believers as the "YHWH God" of whom there is "none else" (Deut 4:35; 1 Kings 8:60; Isa 45:5, 6, 14, 18, 22; 46:9).
A Muslim would say that the Qu'ran says "Allah had no son" in response to the Christian belief that he does and that Jesus is the Son of God whereas the OT does not have this frame of reference. Just trying to see thing from the way a Muslim would see it.
Are you saying they believe the Qu'ran to be "eternal and uncreated?" This makes no sense based upon sheer logic! If the Qu'ran is the "Spoken Word of God," OF COURSE it is created and it was created the moment God spoke them! Seems that a thinking Muslim would understand this! Perhaps our friends here can clarify?
If a muslim denies Muhammed is the final and greatest prophet, or that the Koran was merely created, both can be cause to suffer capital punishment
