And then a whole bunch of women on social media proved his point by videoing themselves in the gym wearing tight shorts.

I would like to see the Venn diagram showing the intersection between scantily clad women at the gym and people who criticized Sydney Sweeney for sexualizing sports.
 
He knows what he’s doing, and probably operates by the "there's no such thing as bad publicity" ethic. Time will tell if his bawdy but non-leftist brand of humor will cost him significantly. I doubt it.
 
SNL fired him a few years back for saying the N word. I believe it was around 2020. But then he blew up selling out stadiums. After all that SNL brought him back. Bud Light picked him up. Hes actually huge in the comedy scene. They tried canceling him in 2020 and failed. He’s not going anywhere. He also has a comedy show on Netflix. I thinks it’s on season 2 or 3.

a loser ....trying any way he can to get his 15 minutes of fame.... even if it;s all negative........ ........ i never heard of him either until i saw the video... ....but the fact someone like him is being brought back to SNL and his return is dredging up memories of louis ck makes it obvious that SNL and the whole sewer line culture it revolves around is bankrupt... .... ...

i was actually surprised SNL was still on the air... ....i don;t even remember who was on it that last time i saw it.... .
 
This is probably the only stand up comic that I can stand to watch these days…

i am not so sure his humor is non-leftist.....:unsure: . ..people that know him say he is definitely leftist...... and the clip starts with him saying he hasn;t been in a gym for a while... .. .well duh... .just look at him... ... he doesn;t look like he;s been off the couch in a while either... .. ...:rolleyes:... .both are qualities of the new left male...

second he pretends to complain about women in the gym wearing shorts that are too tight.... says they look like whores...😲... and talks about how their shorts accent certain parts of their butts... .....then admits he spent the rest of the time just standing around looking at those women in tight shorts... :cautious:..... ...if his intent was to be the ..ahem.. butt, of his own jokes.. .... ..well.. ok.... i can see him trying to make that angle... but his delivery needs some serious work..... . .

then i also heard him talk about the womens shorts being in all the bright colors of artificial fishing bait... ... ...really?..... . do those women also change the color of their shorts according to the weather .. barometer and brightness vrs overcast conditions of the sky?.... ..coz that what we used to do when i worked on the fishing boat... .... and it worked well.... but the fishermen had to know what they were doing...

however.... . if a person had no clue how to properly evaluate bait colors and select the right one.... there was one combination that served as a catch all - and was deemed as fair substitute for most of them.. though it frequently fails to catch anything.... . .... and do you know what that color combo was called?......... gay bob....... (alternating bands of light blue and light purple with a black stripe down one side... )

and i;m not joking....... here it is below.......would have been a perfect color combo for gillis mimself to wear.... then i think his intended audience would have known where he was coming from..... :sneaky: .....he;s definitely trying to play to the left... he just failed.....

Never heard of any of these comedians (if that's what they are) before. Never seen the picture posted before.

I couldn't care less about much of the entertainment industry. I consider myself blissfully ignorant of these two and judging from the assessments in this thread, I shall willingly continue in my ignorance.

SNL hasn't been funny or relevant in at least 40 years.

i think television in general has become irrelevant .... ...more so in my view over the past 2 decades.. .. actually when obama got elected television started moving left and going woke.. .. not that it wasn;t always leaning left.. but in recent years it has lurched to the left in ways i don;t think it can recover from... ..and television commercials have gone from some of them actually being intertaining - to the vast majority of them grating on the nerves and being downright repulsive.... ....
