In my conscience, I cannot vote for the Presidential candidate for either major party. I have good friends on both sides of the ledger who disagree with me and that doesn't make me think my decision is a better one than theirs, or that they are wrong. We all have specific things that mean more to us. For example, a military person might support a candidate with stronger military attention to veterans and soldiers. A parent of an autistic child might prefer a candidate based on how much support can be had in caring for that child's need, financially and materially.
I don't mind people voting their conscience for Trump. I do mind them criticizing the other side for their immoral or seeming unbiblical behaviors (or seeming support thereof) when their own party is corrupt to the core. I will call out those who railed on Bill Clinton for his indiscretions, but who will turn a blind eye to Trump's. I will call out those who claim to vote and insist others vote on the basis of "family values" when their leading candidate is the complete opposite. I will call out the fact Christians have been duped by the Republican party on the issue of morality and values, infiltrating faith in Christ with partisan politics.
Again, please vote for the candidate according to your own conscience. Just don't think lesser of followers of Christ who agree more with the other side.
There is no ill-will on my part for thinking differently than I do.

My Position on Voting in this Election

First of all--Donald Trump?s sins and indiscretions cannot be defended. After listening to the audiotape I recoiled just like you did when I heard his utterly descriptive gutter language. My face blushed with shock and anger when he described his intentions with women?married or single. Donald Trump is not a perfect or sinless man! But do you remember friends, four years ago, we did have a squeaky-clean candidate running for President: Mitt Romney. He was the ideal moral man in every sense of the word?but he was a Mormon! We didn?t want to vote for a Mormon! Are we looking for the perfect sinless man to run for our nation?s highest office? Well let me clue you in: There are none available!
The problem with most of America is that we no longer know how to blush when we hear such language as we heard on the audiotape by Trump. And again, the hypocrisy of the press in acting so stunned at Trump?s language towards women is pathetic! Do you realize that 125 million copies of ?Fifty Shades of Grey? have been purchased (mostly by women!) and millions more watched the movie in theaters? Who?s kidding who? We laugh at things said on The Tonight Show that 10 years ago we would have been embarrassed about. And it is totally amazing at the 1950?s Leave It to Beaver innocence of liberals who have suddenly received a Victorian infusion of moral righteousness! Such holy ears these fine Democrats have! These are the same people who worship Hollywood and its production of sexual filth not fit for a dog to watch, much less a family. They say they are ?appalled? at the language of Donald Trump. I laughed out loud on that one!
Donald Trump has apologized to his family and to the American people and said he is embarrassed by all of this. Is his apology sincere? I accept his apology the same as I would from you if you had been caught saying such a thing and you apologized for it. I for one am very grateful that God is a God of second chances and a God of forgiveness.
Let me give you another side note. Early in the primary campaign a good friend of mine was invited aboard Donald Trump?s plane after a debate in a mid-western state. My friend and his wife, who are very down to earth people, were thinking that ?Trump the billionaire? would serve Champaign and caviar to all the boarded guests, however, to their great surprise he sent to Wendy?s for cheeseburgers. After they were settled into their seats a conversation about the Bible and Christianity ensued. My friend thought Mr. Trump and his wife would ignore them or even possibly get upset. However, just the opposite occurred. For one solid hour they talked about the Bible and multiple questions were asked and answered. Not one time did Mr. Trump interrupt. Not one time was Mr. Trump rude. Are Mr. Trump and his wife believers? I don?t know. And some may be thinking now ?Well, if Trump is a Christian his language and actions should reflect that.? Immature Christians may say or do some surprising things. For example, I was preaching in Austin, Texas several years ago and a man who was in his mid-thirties had been converted that Sunday morning. Sunday evening before church he came and sat between Connie and I. He was so thrilled and happy over his salvation experience that morning that he suddenly blurted out, ?You are a hell of a preacher!? Well, I knew his language was wrong but I still couldn?t help but laugh a bit. He was a brand new Christian!
Again, what Trump said 11 years ago is not in any way shape or form defensible. It?s shameful. I personally think that this revealed audiotape has humbled him and shamed him?and, made him a better man. I agree with him?he?s not the same man he was eleven years ago! His remorse seems real to me. Would not many of us be horrified and ashamed if words we had used in our past had been secretly recorded and played back to millions of people? I think the man is a changed man in many ways! Let?s give him another chance!
Friends, there may be other recordings of Trump to come. No one knows. These tapes were available during the primaries. As Senator Cruz has asked ?Why did they wait until now to release them?? This was timed for the ultimate negative effect by experienced Democratic henchmen who will do anything possible to destroy the candidacy of Donald Trump. This is without doubt the devious work of the Clinton hit squad.
And do any of us think that such recordings do not exist on the Clintons? Their indiscretions are insurmountable and cannot be defended as well.

When she won the case the rapist was set free and there is a recording of Hillary Clinton laughing out loud?twice, at this poor 12-year old girl. What kind of monster reacts like that? Here is what that 12-year-old girl who is now an adult woman said on Twitter last night after Hillary said she wanted to ?help? children so much. Her name is Kathy Shelton [Kathy Shelton @KathyShelton]. She said quote, ?Hillary, if you want to help the children so much?Why didn?t you help me when I was 12 and let my rapist go free?? #debate

The Clintons are royal masters of cruelty and deception! Everything the Clintons do is with premeditated cold calculation. Trump has put fear within the press, Hillary Clinton and the whole Democratic Party. They did not expect him to suddenly appear on the political horizon. She thought this would be easy. The liberal media is so blatantly biased it is indescribable and they don?t care that we know it. They could care less about your concerns in this election or for the country. There is so much deceit, corruption and pure inbred wickedness involving the Clintons that it can?t be fully documented?and the press says absolutely nothing about it. They choose to focus all their attention on the elevator language of Donald Trump totally ignoring the glaring and manifold hypocrisies of Hillary Clinton. It's like having two basketball teams playing against one another with every call going in favor of one team and all of the bad calls going against the other team. That tells you one thing: The referees are bought and paid for by the team getting all the calls in their favor. The globalists and the powerful clandestine ruling powers that be are totally on the Clinton?s side, and against the American people! This will not change don?t expect it to. My prediction is that it will get much worse.
If elected President, Hillary Clinton will utterly destroy America as we have known it. WHY I WILL VOTE TRUMP-PENCE NOVEMBER 8TH
1. The Supreme Court
Donald Trump has stated (Restated again last night) clearly that he will appoint strict constitutionalist Judges who will not seek to govern but to defend and protect the doctrines of our constitution. This is part of his making America great again program. He gave a list of 12 prototypical Judges he would appoint to the Supreme Court. All of them are constitutionalists and all of them would make quality replacements for Antonin Scalia. Will he keep his word? I don't know. That remains to be seen. I personally believe he will. However, I do know without a shadow of a doubt what Hillary Clinton will do. She will elect some of the most corrupt liberal Judges to ever sit on the Supreme Court of the United States. Think about this also friend: Barrack Obama has appointed 269 federal judges to lifetime appointments making their rulings virtually impossible to over turn! Many vitally important cases for our freedoms and values never get to the Supreme Court they are decided by these liberal bias judges. Our rights, our values, our most cherished American ideals are being vanquished by leftist, socialist judges that we never hear of. They are decided by federal judges like the 9th circuit court of appeals which is known for their ceaseless socialistic activism and rank liberalism.
Making abortion easier to attain on every level will be at the forefront of a Hillary Clinton agenda and presidency. In order to accomplish this she must appoint acutely liberal judges. Every measure of success that conservatives have made in recent years to try and curtail abortion and to stop partial birth abortion will be forever abolished!
Just this one reason is reason enough to vote against Hillary Clinton and for Donald Trump.

She also desires to control the health care system, the public school system, the traditional American family, the colleges, local, state and federal government and the crown jewel: the American people!!!

She said in part, ?My grandchildren are six precious reasons to vote against Hillary Clinton. It's not my generation or even my children's generation that concerns me?it is my grandchildren?s generation and the world they will inherit if we fail to stop this out-of-control woman named Hillary Clinton!!
We will have this next election to defeat Hillary Clinton. If we lose, our future as patriotic Americans is very dark. The effects will be immediate.

This is completely contrary to what we see through out the old testament. God provided manna, but they had to gather it or they would die. God brought them to Canaan, but they were afraid to go in so they wandered for 40 years. Over and over God provided a way, but they had to do their part. What happened to those who did not walk up the ramp into the ARK, they died. Sometimes bad things happen as a judgment for wrong doing and sometimes they happen because we are to complacent and lazy to do our part.
For a generation (since the end of the moral majority movement) preacher's have discouraged political involvement and most Christians have not been active beyond voting, so we get what we get. There are enough conservative Christians in the U.S. to greatly influence local, state & federal elections if we were active but we are not. We had better choices in the primary but we did not actively endorse & support them.

For the first in the last 25 years I missed the loud, booming, strike-to-the-heart-of-the-matter, answers to liberals that JH was so good at in his preaching.
I listened to about 10 minutes of the debate tonight when Clinton raise her voice & lied in answer to Trump's disgust & description of partial birth abortion in the abortion debate and said that what Trump had describe just wasn't so. She then talked about the women that she had talked to over the course of her life who have had to make such a horrible decision to abort a baby .
I can just see & hear JH pound the podium and say something like, "Well then I will raise my voice for those who have no voice because of Roe v Wade!"
