Time is Eternal.

Good grief. I did interact with you on the topic. Do you have "time".... to deal with "orginal sin". The forum NUT is a coward. He can't even answer simple question detailing what he believes is the evolutionary creation of Adam.

Earlier...

" God gifted a humanoid with His image. Voila! Humanity!" - rsc2a

...which just reinforces what we already knew. You are a pathological liar.

That didn't answer the rest of my questions. You know it didn't. You're the liar. If you want to answer the rest of my questions, then do it in the thread I asked them.

Sure, sequence involves steps. An Eternal sequence without beginning or end would be.... well. God.

No amount of philosophical-speak will convince me that God is equated with His creation (time).

Jesus said very clearly that He IS.... Alpha and Omega. Beginning and End. This is a merism using terms that reflect a whole without end. Which is exact what Eternity is. An whole, without end.

You misunderstand the meaning of these merisms. They are not saying "God is Time" or explaining eternity. They are harkening back to Isaiah's prophecy where Christ will be the fulfillment of all prophecy.

ALL of the Old Covenant and New Covenant will be fulfilled (beginning to end, and everything in between), in Christ.

Time is created... never to be confused with an attribute of God.

No. I am not claiming that God is the Greek Alphabet. Such a comparison is total nonsense.

Yep... and saying "God is time" based on the phrase "beginning to end" would be total nonsense as well... You need to be able to correlate Scripture (even complementary phrases within the same verse).

I can see that. I kinda thought this before you actually came out and said it. Calvin has brainwashed you well. Get another suckle off that dead teet.

How does Isaiah's prophecy change anything? It says the same thing. God is sequence. God is order. If we lose sequence and order, we have nothing but chaos. Nothing can be undone once its written. Once its written. It can not be changed. This all is ALL because of God. Because of His divine character.

I know we'd love to change something that has passed. Its beyond us. God doesn't need to. It happens right on time..... in its proper order... in its proper sequence.

PS.....Show me where time was created and stop ignoring everything I wrote.

Why are selective quoting me?

Please include this...

Its really ABSURD that you make an argument that I must believe that God is literally the Greek Alphabet? Total nonsense. Alpha and Omega is used in the same manner as... beginning and end is used in the Scripture. It is a reference to indicate a whole. God is both A to Z. Beginning and End and everything in-between. Literally being the "Greek Alphabet" is a weasels charge. You sound like the Wolf last night when he continually tried to claim that Cruz wanted to destroy thousand of innocent Arabs because he wanted to destroy the capital of ISIS in Syria.

Where is it stated that time is created? Genesis 1.1 "In the beginning..."  The statement of the beginning of created time.

Surely you are not arguing for a beginning to eternity...

Tell us... what does eternity mean?

This is not selective quoting. It is showing that you are willing to say one thing and not another. Your hermeneutics are capricious.

Genesis 1:1 doesn't indicate the beginning of time. It does indicate the beginning of some things but it certainly is not indication of the beginning of love. Nor the beginning of Grace.... Nor the beginning of Mercy. Why must you insist that its an indication of the beginning of time?

Tell us... what does eternity mean?

I've answered this throughout the thread. READ....

I'm glad you finally got "time" to answer but this is ridiculous....

Eternity is an endless measure of time. Its not the absence of time. This true much in the same manner as God's purposes are Eternal. They never end.

Go try and "butthurt" someone else. I told you.... you can't have my virginity.

Calvin set in motion many things. I explained my reference to C.S. Lewis. I'm not going to explain it again.

No God isn't in the future but He is the future.

Is God also space? Or does your pantheism only extend into that one dimension?

Even in the face of overwhelming evidence, watch as the PY still tries to avoid admitting that he was wrong. Notice the hoops he will just through, the contortions he will make, the misdirection and outright falsehood...all because his huge ego won't let him see himself as anything less than infallible.

Why would I believe God is space?

Because he is the final frontier?  Because he's gone where no man has gone before?

Why would I believe God is space?

Length, depth, temperature, speed, distance, volume, area, weight, density ...

These, like time, are things that are measured. God is immeasurable. God is infinite and you cannot measure infinity. With any measure.

David told us so, "Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God." (Ps 90:2).

Eternity is an endless measure of time. Its not the absence of time. This true much in the same manner as God's purposes are Eternal. They never end.

Your view of eternity is myopic... one dimensional.... and assumes you have the ability to understand eternity. We can only think in terms of time, a linear, successive equation. To suggest that describes eternity, and to say "God is Time" causes a limitation on God's character, undermining His infinitude.

So, here we are... in a created world, structured with a beginning and end, punctuated by events that can be located within our sphere of time.

There is God... above His creation, not limited by our minds.

High fiver!!! Philosophers like to say "God is space" too... it goes along with their little views of God.

Endless time can not be measured. It has no end.

Don't think because you know what a second might be......thus....you can measure never ending time.
