Is that even what happened? I was under the impression the school building was originally part of the adjacent base--an administrative facility for the IRGC, though the Shajareh Tayebeh school had been more recently turned over for civilian use (on Google Maps, it's clearly part of a walled compound, though it's also walled off from the rest of the facility.)

Ten or so years seems to me like a long time to have outdated intelligence about a current enemy, but stupid mistakes happen.

By Duh's logic, the U.S. deliberately wanted to murder Canadians in Afghanistan on April 17, 2002.

Think of the implications of this worldview:

1. Nothing happens by accident. There's no room for human error. That means when bad things happen, it's because of malice, not mistake.

2. This means government is infallible. It can't make mistakes either.

3. Corollary: government is an efficient, well-oiled machine. Logistics don't get bogged down in bureaucracy. Intelligence doesn't fail because agencies like the FBI and CIA always cooperate and never fight over issues like jurisdiction or need-to-know. Orders don't get lost or misinterpreted.

This is, of course, classic conspiracy theory thinking.

My guess is that no American said that the 4 dead Canadian soldiers on Kiska were better off dead. But a prominent American, head of the American Conservative Union, came very close to saying that the Iranian schoolgirls we killed on February 28, 2026 were better off dead.

If someone murdered my wife and the murder is hiding in a school during lunch hours at the school and the local police blow the school up…..do you think the local police had a right to do this? It’s ok it’s not on us blame the guy who committed the crime.

Not to mention we have no business over there to begin this 2 week war.

It amazes me how people take what our government says at face value.
