No matter what you think of Rush Limbaugh, he has a strong case against the DCCC here.  The DCCC took a quote entirely out of context and made it look like Rush is saying "no" means "yes" when it comes to rape.

Jonathan Gruber, the Obamacare architect mentioned in the first article, also plainly said that the rule requiring states to provide their own exchange in order for their insured to qualify for subsidies was a deliberate act to force states to create exchanges.  Now that issue goes to the Supreme Court. 

Unfortunately, the Obama administration obviously has some dirt on Justice Roberts, which I believe is why he switched his vote at the last minute to declare the mandate a tax.  So I don't expect the court to rule correctly on any Obamacare issue.
