Jeff and Shannon Blakesly: Had to be at least 20 or 25 years ago right around this time of year. He was on his way to take his daughter to some youth activity and they were hit by a train. This was a father and daughter. Remember him well!

These all died in faith not having received the promise the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

Things you never forget when Kathy Scott was killed right after graduation and married just a few weeks. My husband went to the hospital with Mike . She had just done laundry and stopped at McDonalds she was on her way to take Mike lunch/supper. Her family took her back and buried her things you never forget. Mike and my husband still talk after all these years.

His daughter definitely looks like him, at least when I knew her.

Polly graduated from HB in the same class as my wife and I did. I don't remember if she attended HAC but if she did, it would have been around '84-'85.

I am sure I am thinking of the same. I know she had attended HB before coming to college.  I believe she worked down in Peddler's Way.

Bob Heath took the Pastor's Refresher back in late 70s (78 or 79).
He then was pastor of Maplewood Bible Baptist Church in Chicago.
He was principal of the Christian school I attended before he went to HAC.
He passed away Saturday after a 2 or 3 week illness, and complications of pneumonia.
A couple of his children also attended HAC.
