Like most Christian virtues and promises, the fear of the Lord is not for scorners. Proverbs 8:13 tells us "The fear of the LORD is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way And the perverse mouth I hate."

Remember that by the fear of the Lord, men depart from evil, and that it is an elementary virtue. When you fear the Lord, you hate an evil mouth.

Now Readers, I appreciate the fact that so many of you have stuck with this thread through all the scorn. But you do realize that the fear of the Lord ends neutrality--you can learn from this thread and ignore the scorners (and the hit count shows that most of you do) but you do have to hate their evil ways if you fear the Lord.

Hey Vince did you miss in your "intensive" studies Proverbs 6:19, that God hates those who sow discord among the brethren...didn't want you to miss that as you examine your words.  You're welcome!

You speak of helping the HACkers and refer to the post count (it's all about the numbers).

You can take the person out of HAC, but you can't take the HACker out of the person.

That you actually think that the number of people checking into this thread to find out anything you have to say somehow shows you are a successful teacher, shows how out of touch you really are. This thread has taken on life because of you idiocy and inane post and the responses they bring, not because you have ever taught anything of value.  Your above post is just continued conformation that you are an idiot!

Just in case a lot of you don't remember I will tell you the story.

On the old FFF vince started a story about Jim Vineyard and how evil he was. He oversaw a group of hac students who vince called the "Roadway Gang". He claimed that they used intimidation, violence, etc. and were no different than a street gang and Jim Vineyard oversaw it all and approved of it all. Hard to believe in the first place.

Then old vince lets it slip that even though Vineyard was nothing but a street gang thug he went to work for him. People started to question his credibility and mental condition at that time and his answer was that he was just so in tune with God and the Word of God and the leading of God and that is why he worked for Vineyard. Someone started to tell him at that time that he needed to get back on his meds. I picked up the mantle and have told him that several times and I don't think he likes it.

Vince is another in a long line of people who come on these forums who have nothing to say that anyone wants to hear so they spew their nonsense on forums. I, for one, always read his stuff just like I always read the comics in the paper every morning.

Proverbs 14:2 tells us "He who walks in his uprightness fears the LORD, But he who is perverse in his ways despises Him."

A person who walks in disobedience to God's Word obviously does not respect God's Word--we've seen the strong opposition that scorners have to Romans 2:1. But here, God explains that people who don't fear Him despise Him. A person who calls on people to do wrong, to reject God's Word, to blaspheme and slander, does not merely despise Scripture; he despises the Author of that Scripture.

Jesus said that he who has Jesus' commands and keeps them is the one who loves Him. People who reject God's commands don't love Him.

One scorner has identified himself as an unsaved man. Readers, the cold truth is that the rest of the scorners act just like him.
