The FFF is run like a unsuccessful small church.
There are two overlapping doctrines: "The most important thing in choosing a church is its doctrine," and "It is wrong to leave a bad church for a good one, if the bad church has better doctrine." Neither one of these two doctrines is taught in Scripture.
Years ago, my family and I were miserable members of an IFB church. All three of us hated to attend, but we were faithful. I realized that if I quit attending, my family would also quit, and I was ready to quit. We cautiously sneaked into a large, successful Southern Baptist church, and our lives changed. Successful ministries opened up for me when I realized that I am allowed to attend a good church that isn't IFB.
When a small group of people seized the successful Baptist church we were attending here in Mexico, we went to a successful soul-winning Assemblies of God church, and my wife and I are both happily finding several areas of service.
Are tares in leadership positions? Then leave.
