Standards of dress

I may be mistaken but I haven't read where anyone is criticizing women who wear dresses. On the other hand, being critical of women who make other wardrobe choices...

Ah contraire, my little scornful friend, I have been critical in several posts of woman who wear dresses who have no concern for others.
And have compared women who wear other clothes to drunks...

Sure. False accusations are a great thing until you get called on them.

And you're just a jerk.  I told you right up front it was on the old forum.
Carry on.

You are wrong about rscorner2a.  He is not a jerk.  He is an idiot wrapped in the shell of a moron.
And, in this post, you display none of the attributes of a Christ-follower. Now which is more important?

I think you will find plenty of times in the Scripture where a scorner and a critic are dealt with harshly.

The problem a couple of you are having is this - you are just as bitter, if not more bitter, than those you feel are on the other side of the coin.  Because you have been around people who look at women in pants as heathen and someone God could not possibly use, it now makes you very angry.  Maybe there was a time you felt that way yourself.  When someone comes along who has a different standard on this issue than you, you automatically toss them in the boat with the crowd I mentioned above.  Believe it or not there are gals who have a conviction against wearing pants that do not look down on those who believe otherwise.  If asked, they explain the way they believe.  Meanwhile, you treat them with the same attitude as those you criticize for looking down on woman who wear pants.

You immediately start saying, "So you are saying that God is displeased with and can't use a woman in pants?"  You go off the deep end just like those whom you are criticizing.  When someone gives an illustration of God using someone who isn't perfect you once again go off the deep end and say, "You are comparing a woman in pants to a drunk!"  It's almost like you are looking for someone who has a conviction against women wearing pants so you can let the bullets fly and make them look like an idiot.

You are becoming the very person whom you have an issue, only on the other side of the coin.

Do you always project yourself onto other people like this?

I'm not the one claiming someone is somehow holier because they wear a skirt instead of jeans.

No, but you sure enjoy hammering down anyone who has any kind of standards.  You do it on a regular basis.  Anyone who reads any of your posts sees your constant scorning.  Enjoy your liberty.

See, I am not here that much, but even I have noticed you hate anyone with any kind of standards not your own.

As I have stated often, to some Freebirds, the only sin is to name a sin....or to actually have a standard!

The problem I see is that when someone disagrees with your standards you assume they therefor have no standards. The leap from Capri pants to halter tops was telling.

Yes, I am reading between the lines but it is clearly there.

IMO, and here in lies the problem.  As if women who wear pants don't have standards.

Just pointing this attitude out.  FWIW, I do not fill belittled or whatever for this attitude.  LOL!!  I really don't.

You can provide a link where I have called someone an idiot or a moron?

I get dumped in with the Stuffundieslike brand of freebird often here. Not even close to who I am or what I believe.
