Just goes to show the mindset of the "Trump Cult." Too many are putting too much faith in the man....sad.View attachment 3376
This is, uh, something.
To be fair, Protestia considers a lot of people to be whack jobs. They project the "us 4 and no more" attitude.Protestia considers him a whack job.
Oh, good. I was up all night wondering what the whackjobs at Protestia thought of him.Protestia considers him a whack job.
It's not narcissism. He just punches back.Trumps appeal was his willingness to stand up the the liberal Democrat mob. That still has appeal, but his narcissism makes him as much of a liability as an asset…especially in this political climate.
True, I would probably be a crackpot because I drink beer and listen to Led Zeppelin. To be fair, Protestia considers a lot of people to be whack jobs. They project the "us 4 and no more" attitude.
I thought that was you I saw in the beer line behind me at the last concert.True, I would probably be a crackpot because I drink beer and listen to Led Zeppelin.
Dude, were you the one with the abnormally long hair?I thought that was you I saw in the beer line behind me at the last concert.
Yep, it's a little different looking now than from my profile pic. I've been told I look like Robert Plant now more times than I can count. Although, sadly, one woman asked if I was really him - c'mon! I'm only 54.Dude, were you the one with the abnormally long hair?
I always thought your profile pic was your wife. LOLYep, it's a little different looking now than from my profile pic. I've been told I look like Robert Plant now more times than I can count. Although, sadly, one woman asked if I was really him - c'mon! I'm only 54.![]()
Both of Trump's elections were very close and could have went either way with certain demographics flipping. If he runs again it will be the same, but quite frankly with the way our country thinks about entitlements and socialism and other far-flung concept that used to be anathema not so sure any red-ticket candidate will be an obvious slam-dunk, regardless whether millennials or any other demographic is given disproportionate attention. With all due respect, I disagree with several of you. Again, words do matter. The deck is already stacked against any Republican candidate due to the fact extreme liberal bias of the media. While I find Trump’s antics and Twitter tirades humorous, many younger voters do not. Approximately 1/3 of younger voters politically register as independents…we need those votes, or at least a nice split of them. Is there a double standard? Yes, but it is what it is.
Yes…unfortunately people want free, free, free…not realizing there’s no such thing as “free.”Both of Trump's elections were very close and could have went either way with certain demographics flipping. I think it is evident he is running again. The question is, will Joe run again? Both of Trump's elections were very close and could have went either way with certain demographics flipping. That's a obviously rhetorical question because the Dems aren't going to let that happen. Matter of fact I'll go out on a limb and say that I think it's more obvious that Biden's handlers will make sure that the DNC replaces him than it is who will emerge as the republican FrontRunner and viable usurper of the throne of Trump. In that vein, I can see the nuanced logical considerations for how the Republicans want to approach trying to soften Trump's image as a mean-Tweeter (because despite the fact that some of the Gen xers are turned off by his pugilism there are a significant number of the voting bloc that enjoy that aspect of his persona).I think it is evident he is running again. I agree. He needs to step aside and let a new face run, like Desantis. If he runs, it’ll split the party and Democrats will win again.Admittedly at this point the votes are still being counted, but we have seen enough to see that Trump is definitely now a politically liability, at least for those of us who identify as Republicans and conservatives. Trump's hand-picked candidates did poorly. The red wave was a washout. Are we going to learn our lesson, stop worshipping Trump, and move on? Naaaah, let's go ahead and nominate Trump in 2024 so that we can lose bigger next time.
Have they learned their lesson?
