Vince Massi said:Folks, after thinking over this conflict between two Calvinists and Dan, I've reached a conclusion.
I'm trying to hep people with Scriptures that are vigorously opposed by Calvinists. It seems to be a Calvinist practice that when someone holds the Word of God in higher esteem that pagan philosophy, Calvinists have a call to fight Scriptures used by that person. The Calvinist method is to disobey God's commands not to speak evil of the brethren, and then use their false accusations as justification for rejecting the Scriptures used by the person being slandered.
It is regrettable that Recovering has decided to join Ransom in this sin, but it does seem to be a normal part of Calvinism.
I'm going to ignore both these scorners and teach Scripture. If you wish to learn from the Bible "Why We Fail," you're going to have to act like a grown-up and ignore their posts, as I do.

We've seen what a tire fire Vince's threads always turn into.
The reason is that Vince's spiritual gift is apparently bloviation.
It certainly isn't [url=http://www.fundamentalforums.org/the-fighting-forum/abandon-ship!/msg181145/#msg181145]answering questions].

Or answering other questions.
Or, indeed, answering yet more questions.
I use my own constant demands as an example, but as his posting history shows, Vince treats all criticism with equal disdain.
Perhaps his spritual gift is overweening arrogance.
He also thinks he is "ignoring" me, because he also does not understand the difference between himself and a moderator. Well, we will see how well that works out for him every time he tries to start a new spam thread.

And here is Vince, again making crap up that he didn't find in the Bible.
Who's to say that a children's Sunday-school teacher is equally skilled at teaching adults, and vice versa? Elementary and high school teachers go to a special school to learn pedagogy that university professors don't have to go to.
Vince is adding extra requirements for the use of spiritual gifts that the Bible does not require. Any particular reason not to just allow someone to use their gifts without making them jump through special hoops?
I have asked this before in one of the many spiritual-gifts threads Vince has spammed out. Naturally no answer was given.
