Stuff on the internet is so reliable. There is/isn't an investigation. This pastor did/did not know. Sweater-clad musicians did/did not spoon on the music cover.
Keep focused. If there are victims out there, God bless and keep them. May each one find the help and healing the Lord provides. If there is a man roaming around who has harmed someone in a despicable way, may he be punished to the FULL extent of the law.

The unanswered question is still concerning Brad Boruff.
This seems to imply that Brad Boruff's dismissal was due to not reporting these issues but they just said that they knew of these issues then reported them to the police within hours then disclosed such to PC.
Why then was BB just dismissed as college President days before graduation and everything regarding him scrubbed including books published, in-house, at NV publications?

My take from GSBC statement. April 2014 rolls around and Trieber alleges he first learned of an incident involving Zachary while Zachary was on staff at GSBC, some years prior. It turns out that one of Trieber's staff members knew and did not report it. The staff member has been terminated for not reporting Zachary's behavior. Staff member= Brad Boruff.
So we have Chappell blaming Trieber for letting a potential criminal on staff at his WCBC even though the incident wasn't immoral or criminal. We have Trieber calling Chappell a liar because as soon as Trieber knew about it, he called Chappell and it was criminal and Santa Clara police are involved. Trieber says he wasn't aware if the incident when it transpired and blames Boruff for covering it up.

I would expect NVBC to make a statement about the situation. I would expect them to be as forthright as possible, without opening themselves to legal attack for slander or the like. I would expect them to state that they terminated employment as soon as they heard and took the right steps.
What I did NOT expect is for NVBC to be silent about the dismissal of Brad. I did NOT expect the two ministries to attack each other. One would have thought the schools would have gotten their act together and presented a story that coincide with each other.

It is always best to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, right away, let the chips fall where they may. It's not hard to keep the truth straight. A lie can never be made to look straight. There is the thing called the law of unintended consequences.
It is most difficult to try to spin a situation in your favor. More than likely it will spin out of control as we are seeing.
I can not imagine the heat both ministries are now feeling. It sure was bad for us when JS went down. No pun intended.
